Paul, the Apostle, echoed this mystery: “My strength is made perfect in
weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9). What the world calls weakness is often the very
vessel through which divine strength flows. Disability, then, is not a barrier
but a bridge—connecting the human to the divine, the temporal to the eternal.
The DISABILITY COMPASSION OUTREACH of CCF calls upon
international NGOs, donor partners, government, and civil society to recognize
this truth. Persons with disabilities (PWDs) are living demonstrations of love,
compassion, and service. To empower them is to empower society itself. To
provide accessibility is to open the gates of justice. To include them is to
fulfill the divine command of love.
