Awake, for the revelation must now take root in the soil of society. The
truth has been unveiled: disability is not punishment but purpose, not curse
but calling. Yet truth must become practice, and practice must reshape the
structures of religion, culture, and governance.
Institutions, traditions, and governments are tested by how they treat those
who wear the garment of disability. The Christ declared: “Inasmuch as ye have
done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me”
(Matthew 25:40). This is divine law, and the DISABILITY COMPASSION
OUTREACH of CCF proclaims: society’s measure is found in its
inclusivity, accessibility, and empowerment of PWDs.
We call on international NGOs, government agencies,
and civil society to partner with us in building structures
that honor disability as a divine calling.
